Terms of service
Effective July 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of Euphyr. By accepting an invitation, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to them.
Using Euphyr
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use Euphyr lawfully. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and tell Euphyr if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Private beta
Access is invite-only and free during the private beta. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops. Euphyr may suspend beta access to protect the service, other users, or connected third-party accounts.
Domain data and estimates
Euphyr provides portfolio tools, market data, and estimated values. Estimates and signals are informational only. They are not appraisals, financial advice, legal advice, or a promise that a domain will sell or sell at a particular price. You remain responsible for checking ownership, trademark risk, taxes, pricing, and transaction terms.
Connected services
When you connect a registrar, marketplace, or backorder service, you authorize Euphyr to access that account and perform the actions you request or configure. Review domain names, prices, bids, listings, nameservers, and acquisition settings before confirming an action. You are responsible for third-party fees and for following each provider's terms. Euphyr does not control third-party availability, auctions, transfers, payments, or account rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Euphyr to break the law, infringe intellectual property, access an account you do not control, interfere with the service, bypass limits, scrape the product, distribute malware, or attempt to discover another user's data or credentials.
Your content
You keep ownership of the domain, portfolio, note, and pricing information you submit. You give Euphyr permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit the information and connect any third-party account you add.
Euphyr materials
Euphyr and its software, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Euphyr materials to you.
Account closure
You can delete your account from Settings. Euphyr may restrict or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or create risk for the service. Sections that logically continue after account closure, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain in effect.
Service disclaimer
The private beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, Euphyr disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect losses, third-party outages, or decisions made from an estimate or signal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Euphyr may update these terms as the beta changes. Material updates will be communicated to beta users before they take effect. For a question about these terms, email support@euphyr.com. The Privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
